You can request deletion of your PoseChapter account and associated photos without reinstalling the Android app.
Request deletion
Email support@posechapter.com from your account email, with the subject “PoseChapter account deletion”. We may verify your identity before acting. Never send your password, sign-in code or payment-card details.
You can also sign in to the studio or Android app, open the account controls and choose Delete account. Follow the fresh email-code confirmation. If unfinished work prevents self-service deletion, use the email route above.
What is deleted and what may remain
Deletion covers your account, uploaded reference photos, generated photos, saved choices and associated studio data, subject to resolving pending work and limited legal or security retention. Download photos you want to keep first. Copies you previously downloaded remain on your device.
Minimum order and accounting records are normally retained for six years from the end of the relevant company financial year. Limited purchase-verification, fraud-prevention, support or dispute records may remain where necessary. Provider logs and backups can outlast deletion from the active studio. We normally respond to data-rights requests within one month, subject to lawful exceptions or extensions that we explain. Deleting an account does not itself request a payment refund; contact support about any unused paid credits or purchase issue.
