Seller, prices and how credits work

Seller: 9CUES LIMITED, company 17462592. One-off payment in your selected currency. Fixed prices: the same credits in either currency, and your choice is remembered on this device. No scheduled credit expiry. Check the total before paying in Stripe.

How we use your information. Your order confirmation and accepted terms will be available to download here after payment.

Credits are spent on generation. Swiping, saving and downloading cost nothing extra. A session reserves its credits. Stopping returns credits for photos not yet started. Failed generations return photo credits; uncertain requests stay reserved until resolved.

My image reports

Sign in with this email on another device to return to your photos and credits. Your photo planning preferences are remembered separately in each browser.

Delete my account

This permanently removes your account and its photos. Download anything you want to keep first. Unused credits cannot be used after deletion. Request any applicable refund first; deleting your account does not remove your legal refund rights. Payment records may need to be retained as described in our privacy information.

For your protection, confirm with a fresh email code. If pending work blocks deletion, email support for manual assistance. This does not prevent a privacy-rights request.

Report an image problem

Tell us if the photo is unusable. We review reports before adding a replacement credit. Reporting alone does not add credits or issue a cash refund. Replacement credits do not replace your statutory remedies. See our refund policy.
